When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

  • Name — so we can address you correctly in our reply.
  • Email address — so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Message — the details of your enquiry or request.
  • Submission date and time — recorded automatically when you submit the form.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics identifiers or third-party advertising tags on this site.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide advisory services.
  • Keep a record of the enquiry for our internal correspondence and audit trail.

5. How we store your data

Contact submissions are stored securely in our managed database infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised KlaraVolt personnel and is logged. Your message content is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and meet our record keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

6. Email delivery

When you submit the form, an automated notification is sent to our internal mailbox (info@klaravolt.com) containing your name, email, message and the submission time. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly to you. We use a verified transactional email provider to deliver these messages.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.

Our database and email infrastructure may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, it takes place under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that in the UK.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last reviewed. Continued use of the contact form after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
